General Service
We perform our general service calls by the hour. This way you get what you pay for. The flat rate that the competition offers is a book sold to them by publishing companies. The publishing companies has to ensure large enough profits to the plumbing companies so they will purchase the flat rate programs. This is not in the customers best interest. You are charged individually for every item performed. That gets very expensive.
Larger jobs
On larger jobs, one of our experienced estimators will come to your home free of charge and diagnose and discuss your problem with you. At that time we will give you a estimate on the cost of repairs and discuss your options.
We are open weekends and have 24 hour emergency service.
Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, money orders, and all major credit cards.
